Another area of expertise you should consider is what experience they have in solving your particular pain points. If you have issues with your customer satisfaction, do they have experience with CSAT and improving this metric? You want to make sure that you are working with the partner who will help you reach your goals, so they must have experience meeting the same goals.


Once you are sure that your chosen partner has experience in your industry or resolving your particular pain points, you must find out how they will implement best practices or any other learnings to help your business succeed. Do you plan on letting them make changes to your program without needing approval? Or will they be meeting with you consistently to identify opportunities and discuss/implement changes? You must know how the information will flow between them, subject matter experts, and you, the expert on your business.
